Welcome to Awal Almasar Shared Spaces. By using the platform or subscribing to any of our services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below, which comply with the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


1. Definitions

1. Platform: Refers to the "Awal Almasar Shared Spaces" website and all related services.

2. User: Any individual or entity that books shared spaces or utilizes the available services on the platform.

3. Shared Spaces: Includes offices, meeting rooms, and public facilities provided by Awal Almasar Shared Spaces for users.

4. Subscription: The process of booking shared spaces for a specified period according to the available plans.

2. Scope of Agreement and Services

The platform enables users to book shared spaces with additional agreed-upon services, subject to the terms of this agreement. The services include:

1. Fully equipped shared spaces.

2. High-speed internet access.

3. Unlimited complimentary coffee and tea.

4. Access to shared facilities such as the kitchen and restrooms.

5. Office services, including a scanner and printing (50 free pages per the agreed plan). Additional 50 pages can be requested for SAR 10.

6. Security systems, including surveillance cameras, smoke detectors, and fire extinguishers.

3. Subscription and Payment

1. The subscription fee is determined based on the plans available on the platform.

2. Users must pay any additional agreed-upon fees through the approved payment channels.

4. User Responsibilities

1. Users must use the space responsibly and avoid causing any damage.

2. No modifications or alterations to the space are allowed without prior approval.

3. Users are responsible for covering any damage costs due to misuse, as assessed by Awal Almasar Shared Spaces.

5. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all shared information and data. Awal Almasar Shared Spaces guarantees that user information will not be disclosed to third parties unless legally required or authorized by the user in writing.

6. Cancellation and Termination

1. The subscription automatically ends upon expiration.

2. Users may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any fees.

3. 50% cancellation fee applies if the cancellation occurs between 24 and 12 hours before the scheduled time.

4. No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled time.

5. If either party breaches this agreement, the affected party has the right to terminate the agreement and claim damages, provided that written notice is given, allowing two business days for corrective action.

7. Dispute Resolution

1. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. In case of a dispute, both parties shall attempt an amicable resolution within 30 days. If unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to the competent judicial authorities in Riyadh.

8. Notifications and Communication

All communications shall be conducted via email or registered mail using the addresses specified in this agreement.

By using the platform, you acknowledge your acceptance of these terms and conditions. "Awal Almasar Shared Spaces" reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform implies acceptance of any updates.
